Settings button glitch

When I click on the golden wheel in the lower left corner of candy crush, then hit red button, to then go to green setting button...it keeps taking me back to play the game. I am unable to get to my green settings button. What is going on with all these glitches that started happening on level 414 and now the green settings button. Very annoying.

    I just checked my app for you and it works fine. What do you need to find out? 

    Maybe try a quick restart and see what happens.
