First of all: I'm from Middle-Europe, so I apologize my poorly English.
I upgraded my notebook to Windows 10 in last July and I downloaded your Candy Crush games (original Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga) from Windows Store. Everything was fine until mid-December, when suddenly all of games went wrong. If I want to play them, they quit after "King" logo. Candy Crush Jelly Saga does the same thing.
I'm using a DELL notebook, and I already updated everything (Windows 10 and all of drivers).On my mothers's TOSHIBA notebook, everything works fine. Can you help me please?

Generally when a program doesn't load it can be related to memory or Ram issues. For example if your laptop is full or you are running a lot of programs then the system will struggle and to cope with this it will just shut down the app. Some general PC maintenance might help. Try and delete old files, close any running programs and see what helps.
