i cant connect candy crush saga with facebook from 2 hours lost my booster and all of messages with lives and 25 bars gold from my friend i read if i unistall the game and install again the problem will solved .unfortunately all the progress lost and from 161 level im on 1 level and not connect with facebook. please help me with this problem because i dont want play from 1 level and i stop game

Do you play both on your Facebook and your Kingdom account?
Simply go to www.king.com and select 'settings.' Then select 'Account' and it will synchronize your progress.
By the sounds of it I believe that should solve your issue. Be aware though that there has been an issue with the games on Facebook https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/jelly-crush-will-not-connect-to-facebook
