You asked me to reinstall the candy crush king app. When i did i lost all my lives (301) 5 lollipops and 5 hand switch... Also when i played again i got my first sugar drops the box opened and nothing zilch, nada came out ...do u think that is fair?

If you delete the app then you will lose everything, but I think its more important (if you have an issue and you need to delete the app to get it working again) to get playing again rather than worry about the loss of a few free items no? I mean, you can build them back up again over time.
