Problem with Level 127

I don't understand the rules for Level 127. I read the posts & watched a video, but I need someone to explain how you actually delete the 2, 15 & 2 again as this is first level I haven't understood & I'm close to giving up on the app now. And the answers/video are still not clear to me.

    You need to generate and use those candies on the board in order for you to complete the order. When you do you'll see the numbers go down.

    Thanks but what exactly are those candies in the middle - the 15? i don't recognize the icon and i don't know how to get them to reduce or how to generate the other one to the left.
