I'm on level 1281 but it has a treasure chest on it and won't allow me to click on it to play

Why is a treasure chest blocking level 1281, I have completed the previous episode but won't let me play the next level

Hi Noreen!

Are you playing Candy Crush from your mobile or from Facebook?

If you are playing from your mobile and have the game connected to Facebook then please try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your mobile device and you should now be able to advance without any issues.
