Hello, i can´t start the game on my mobile device. (WP 8)(nokia lumia)

When game is loading over 15 seconds i hear sound like error sound in windows and it shuts off. If i reinstall game i lost all my lifes and all bonuses. It happened to me for the fourth time. It´s a little bit frustrating when you paid and collect things for long time and you can´t play it or you just lost everything by reinstalling. What can i do? Thank you for answer.

Damn, I was hoping you'd say no. Unfortunately it's a know problem for that model with WP8. If you scroll down to the section called "Bug: Random rebooting", there's a possible fix worth trying
