Levels issues

Hello...i am currently at level 1494 of Candy Crush Saga...my problem is that i don't have enough levels updated...i get only 15 levels a week...why is that? when i was at the lower levels i could play without restrictions...i ask you this because i have a friend who is also at higher levels like me and he does not have any restrictions...can u please help me?

P.S: I play mostly on my phone.

You're friends is probably playing on a PC as that's where new levels get released first, the update for mobile usually doesn't take long to follow but if you don't want to be behind then playing on PC is the place to be.
