I cannot get any special quests??? Why is that?? I have this problem over a week!!! Please fix it!!!

Hi Stephania,
Have you already tried doing some troubleshooting on your mobile?
I think a good start is to check for updates for your device and all your installed apps.
Restart your mobile too afterwards.
