My game is freezing and taking my gold bars without allowing me to continue.... this has happened before.... I would like a response (and not an AUTOMATED one)  this is very frustrating and unfair.... I played this AM and used gold bars to advance and it took the bars but froze and I did not advance

Does this only happen in the game on Facebook or also on www.king.com?

I´d first try clearing cache on your PC. Restart your PC too.

What browser are you using?

I´d go for Google Chrome. Keep other programs and tabs closed before and while playing.
