Why Episode Toffe tower show different levels when played on my mobile than on those played on a pc?

Although i've synced my mobile to my pc multiple times this episode still shows different levels. For example on my mobile the levels are based on odus and I realised this because every time i fail a level it says 'OH No Odus fell down'..but odus is nowhere shown in the game and I can't determine which colours i need to use to keep him in balance. Whereas on the pc/facebook version ..Odus is nowhere mentioned and levels are completely different. They are mostly bomb/jelly based levels and sometimes time related.
