why won't my app open

after some phone issues i have not been able to open my app. it says loading and then times out and goes back to the main screen on my iPhone. i am afraid to uninstall app i don't want to lose my space on I'm level 610. i am not connected on Facebook do you have any suggestions on what i can do?

Maybe try a few troubleshooting steps. I normally just restart my phone as sometimes that helps. You can also free up some Ram and memory space as if your mobile is full then the app will struggle to run. Try this first and let me know

Connect your game to Kingdom. It's like Kings version of Facebook. That way you can delete the game then log back in when you reinstall. But first, let me know what these 'phone issues' were, maybe it's something that would affect your gaming.

i can try that. but can you tell me how to connect my game to kingdom?  i can not open the app at all on my phone

i just deleted some apps and still no go.  i have 2.4 gb available so i should be good?

Yeah, 2.4 is more than enough. What were the phone issues that you mentioned, maybe these have something to do with it.

i didn't have enough storage on my phone.  went to apple and made some changes including now storing my photos on iCloud library.  at the time i couldnt use anything on phone it would just time out.  now all works except crush.

I'm not sure what to suggest Lynn. Normally I would say to delete and reinstall the app because it solves most issues but obviously its not good for you cos you will lose your progress. Can you check if the app is fully updated in the app store?
