Why am I having to replay the Hard Level I just concord?

I succeeded the hard level and then screen froze. I refreshed screen and they want me to do the same level again!!

This happens to us all. There is not much you can do. Just keep your browser up to date, keep your cache clear. That way there is less chance of the game crashing.
