Can't receive unlocks

Help!!! Every time I get to the end of an episode my account gets isolated and stops receiving unlocks, lives, extra moves etc. My requests, giving lives and extra moves still get through. So I can send but not receive, and I have to wait the full 72 hours before I get the auto unlock and can resume play. I reported this before but never got a reply from King. Please help.

Have you done some troubleshooting steps on your end?
Do you connect to your Facebook or your Kingdom account?
Check for updates for your tablet and all apps installed.
Restart your device.
Also double check your Facebook settings for the Candy Crush Saga app; check whether you allow the game to send and receive notifications on your behalf.

Still not working.

Thank you for your reply.

I connect through FB and all my updates are installed.

My Candy Crush Saga notifications are on and set to Banners.

I restarted my iPad several times actually with no effect

Also, my requests are received by my friends. It's the receiving only that doesn't work

Hi I've completed level 21005 and would usually play the Star Tournament until Wednesday, but it's not available this week. Is this the same for everyone?

Hi, My mother is a massive Candy Crush fan so I thought I'd buy her some gold bars for Xmas. I just assumed (silly me) that there would be a sort of code thing I could input on the options screen. No. How do I go about sending her these points/gold bars.
