No access to "next episode" after receiving 3 tickets?

Hi! I encountered the "next episode" requirement of needing three tickets to move forward in the game. I received tickets from three friends, Natalie Dubose, Mary Ann Murray, and Danny White...the last ticket has not been acknowledged which means I have no access to the "next episode" as of yet. Can this be fixed? I'd certainly appreciate it! Thanks!
