Candy crush shuts down

i am linked to FB on my ipad when playing and candy crush opens and closes or shuts down during the game i lose my lives and bonuses. I have cleared the cache but not helping. I am on level 1093 help!

What kind of iPad are you playing on? Have you checked for updates and done a restart?
