Offline game progress doesn't sync

I have reached a certain level whilst playing offline. I was not connected to Facebook. Recently, I bought a new phone and wished to sync my progress to a new phone.Whenever I log in to my Facebook-account on my old phone, I get a notification that progress is being synced. However, if I try to play via Facebook on my new phone, I have to start over at level one.What should I do? Thanks

Hey Jeannine,

Check for updates for the OS, Facebook and the game app on your new mobile. Restart it too. 

When you open the game app, go to settings and connect the game to your Facebook. Make sure you have your Facebook open in the Facebook app on your new phone and that you are properly logged out of Facebook on your old phone and from Facebook inside the game on your old phone. 

You can also go for the Kingdom option on your old phone. Synchronize your progress to your Kingdom account on your old phone. Then connect to your Kingdom account in the app on your new phone.
