My game has yet again stopped working and I have 4 lives from the game and 6 lives my friends have given, how do I don't lose them?

It's not possible to save lives. The same with boosters. Your lives recharge for free anyway so losing 6 lives is not so much.
You're thinking of deleting the game I guess?
