candy crush pending download

candy crush  saga would not downloading,pending.I am using windows phone.i have deleted the game have tied everything.I deleted the game but now it is pending downloading.can anyone help me please,this has been going on for 3 days now any suggestions will help. I am using windows phone. I have tried login form Facebook, but it still won't work pending downloading is message.

What Windows Phone version are you using?

Check for updates for your device and for the Candy Crush Saga app. Restart your device too.

Maybe check with the Windows Phone support as it sounds more like a device related issue.
