Why can't I download Candy Crush Saga?

In the last few days I had problems with Candy Crush. At first it just didn't start. I tried playing with it multiple times a day but it didn't work, so I decided to delete it and download it again. After waiting for half an hour I gave up and accepted that I can't download it. I checked my phone and there was nothing wrong with it, every other app works fine and I can download other apps. (I have a nokia lumia 735)
