In Candy Crush Saga, I can't receive gifted lives on my phone.

When i open the candy crush app on my phone, I don't receive any gifted lives, moves, tickets, etc. When I log onto facebook through my computer, I can see that there are gifts waiting for me. When i see that, I open up the app on my phone and the gifts disappear on the facebook icon on the computer which makes me believe that I should have received them on my phone app. That is not the case because no gifts appear on the phone app. Then i open the game on my computer and the gifts show up there. Please help.

Things like boosters, messages and lives are individual to your device. In other words they don't transfer between. I think wherever you accept or win the item is where it will appear. This is why you don't see them on both

I'm having this same issue. It's rather annoying. Hence why I came here- to find answers. I can get a notification that some just sent me a gift, go to CC and my "envelope" is greyed out. Super duper annoying. 

One ne thing you can do in the meantime- log out of Facebook on your candy crush- go to your level, and ask for lives. It'll ask those not connected with FB- but with the CC itself. I've found that I'll usually have a couple lives waiting that way. And yes, if you go up a level while logged out of FB, it still counts once you log your CC phone app back in.

I know they don't transfer between devices and while playing through facebook on the computer. It still doesn't matter if I ask for lives through facebook or my phone, they only show up through facebook, never my phone. I used to be able to look on facebook to see i had lives waiting, go to candy crush on my phone app and pick up the live there but for some reason now when i see the notification and log on through my phone app, they don't appear there.
