Hi, I can't seem to connect with my "friends" that play Candy Crush Saga on my IPad or my IPhone.

This has been happening to all of my games recently. I had to reset all of my games. The only one I can't seem to get right is Candy Crush Saga.  The other Candy Crush games work fine.  I don't want to lose all my progress.  I have checked all my app issues. Ugh!  Help!

Which platform are you connecting with, Facebook or Kingdom? 

Try logging out and in again, try clearing the tablet cache and restarting as well.
