The candies in level 306 flash rainbow colors is this significant to a tactic? some seem to glow and they change color

That would be the colour change candies then. They cycle between two colours changing at the end of each move. You can therefore anticipate the changes but, for the most part, I tend not to bother and just make matches in the normal way.
