i am at level 1634 levels are not uploading to my phone from my computer and the booster not uploading to my computer from my phone just solve it

You can have more levels available on PC, they generally release new levels first for Facebook and King.com.
Then they release mobile updates for the different mobile types, those seem to take a bit longer in general.
I generally try to keep an eye out on https://www.facebook.com/candycrushsaga when waiting for an update.
The only things that synchronize between your device and your PC are your gold bars and your levels; boosters do not and will only be there where you won or purchased them on.

Hi, I have purchased rewards. Ever since you stopped me to get free rewards by watching adds. That is not fair. instead of supporting customer to to buy rewords you stop them to use free rewards by watching adds. If I don’t get the free rewords I will stop plying and remove the app. Thanks
