I play Candy Crush on Facebook and have been playing for about 6 months. Normally, I get lives every time I refresh, which can be 10 times over a two hour period. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get 3 tickets. I've been requesting tickets since last night - 4/5/16 - and it is almost 24 hours later and not 1 ticket or a single life. Something is obviously wrong with Candy Crush or the way it works on my account. Any ideas on how to fix this?
DO NOT LABEL MY QUESTION AS A DUPLICATE!! Your answer did NOT fix my problem, Mark at King. I have not updated my OS recently. Nothing has changed on my computer, so DON'T assume that is the problem. I was playing and when I finished the episode no tickets came from friends even though I have sent out at least 100 manual attempts. Also, no lives have been sent. I have NEVER had these problems before.

I came here to ask same question. I used to play on android no problems. I just downloaded it on my iPhone 6s Plus and logged in with Facebook so I'm where I stopped 2 years ago. I'm sitting right next to a family member when I send a request for tickets or a life, never get them. Sucks
