Desktop and tablet don't match

I want to know should I open candy crush saga through Facebook or the app on my Desktop my stuff doesn't match up and I don't have my lives ! I also don't get tickets from my friends or lives what's up with that I have been dealing with this for a year and I  have spent time and money on this game please help .

Boosters and lives are stored locally on your mobile device and can't be synced.

Only game progress, highscores and gold bars are synced across platforms.

I have solved the issue with lives by playing on King.com - from here you'll get help fast for road blocks and extra lives. The trick is to send life requests as soon as you loose one. This way you'll have a steady flow of lives coming in while you play.
