Candy Crush Sage loads up as far as 68% but then just stops. Is there anything I can do to load it?

When loading Candy Crush Saga, it gets as far as 68% but then it stops.  It has been doing this for several days now.  Is there a way of forcing it to load fully?

I've been dealing with this issue for several days myself - get the same computer response & did that all & still stuck.
