Why am I stuck in a loop?

I am on 1178 "hard level".  Everyday I get bonus candies, even though it isn't my first game.  I can't send lives either.

1178 isn't a 'hard level' so I'm even more confused by what exactly it is you're asking.

i finished all 1640 level some time i get stuck on diffrent levels  put a proper question what kind of help you need so i check my level and tell you answer for that

The bonus candies at a new game keep loading every time I go there. Not a bad thing I'm getting a pile of candies, but it shouldn't be doing that. And I can't send "lives" to my friends.
