Game issue with candy crush saga

My boosters from spinning wheel and from collecting candies are not showing up in game play. Log in is fine and has been going on for a couple days. Also, it has to happen on level 1634. It is absolutely impossible, I'm stuck for four days!

The boosters and lives you have on Facebook cannot be transferred to mobile or vice versa.

If you get stuck on a level you can always use the search feature to find other players helping each other out - for instance this thread: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/question-316006817
