Why my Facebook friend's requests don't go to my candy crash mail box?

when I complete an episode I need to send 3 request from candy crash to my Facebook friends to be able to enter new episode, I send the request from candy crash and receive my friends answer in Facebook but when I click on them in Facebook some of them wouldn't go to my candy crash mail box anybody can help on this?

Hey Fdht,

Only progress and gold bars do synchronize between platforms and devices.

Boosters, messages and lives don´t, so a booster from a challenge on mobile won´t be in your game on PC, or a ticket on Facebook won´t be in your game on your mobile.
