i cannot ask for acces on iphone and it doesn't syncronize

i pass my levels on my iphone , and when i have to ask for access it doesn't send my requests. i log on the computer and the game doesn't syncronize so i have to finsh the levels again on computer so that i can get to request access. i have updated, closed my phone, log off, log on, change the browser. what can i do more?
