Candy Crush won't load on Windows phone

Hi,

Candy Crush won't load anymore on my Windows phone. It starts the orange screen that says "Loading" but after a while just goes back to my home screen. I've tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, turned on the advertising id, restarting the phone, etc. Any suggestions?

Which mobile phone do you have? Please also tell which version of the OS you have installed.
