Where are my sugar drop prizes???

For the past few days every time I complete the meter for sugar drops, it tells me to connect and claim the prize. Well I'm connected and not receiving them. This is very aggravating; I could really use them too. Please fix this and return my earned prizes, some comp for the trouble would be nice

Try disconnecting and reconnecting. I've seen a player comments saying that the prizes appear after doing this.
