I have spent $3.99 on candy crush purchases that I did not get. I want my money refunded.

I purchased $3.99 ($1.99 and $1.99) on two occasions for gold bars that I did not receive.  After I verified the purchase, my screen went black on both occasions.  When I got back to Candy Crush it took me to a new game and did not show purchase. I would like my money refunded as soon as possible.  Help, please,
