My boosters and gold bars keep on disappearing even when they're not checked. It has been happening a lot. what should I do?

Boosters can disappear, you can read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages
If your gold is disappearing than you should check the 'restore purchases' function in the settings or you can also check that you are connected to your facebook/kingdom account as this is where the gold bars are linked.
