Are you trying from a stationary computer or from a mobile device?
If you are playing the game from mobile then it will be possible to send a message from within the game. Just click on the cog wheel in the corner of the screen when you start the game, then click on the green icon and scroll down till you see the contact button.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
