level 1690 is more difficult to clear

I have already played the level 1690 more than 200 times. But it seems like impossible to clear the level within the given moves. Please make it easy.

Are you sure  you've got the right level? 1690 is one of the easiest 'hard' levels in the entire game. I've just been back to replay it and beat it without any boosters or extra turns on the 2nd attempt.
