Problem with lives

There is some kind of problem with lifes in night candy crush, i played five times and then shows that windows that lives is over but then i push on the button where i stopped on that level and i again can play one time, and than again that window and i push on my level one more time and again i can play for one more time and in lives window there are five lives like it is full, but after i lose in one level then shows that window that i dont have more lives. Maybe there need some kind of update but i in my app market there isnt any new update. Please help!!
