Candy Crush Level 1627 repeats

I've completed level 1627 multiple times on my PC and IPhone but I'm not being allowed to move onto the next level. Will this issue be rectified soon or do you not want me to play the game any longer? Of course I'll save money each month by not paying someones salary.

If you say why the game isn't progressing you then we might be able to help. Is there an error on the map? Does the previous level say you didn't pass. Try and provide more information
