WHY WAS I CHARGED $143.38 OVER THE LAST TWO MONTHS??

I just saw today that my bank account was charged $143.38 over the last two months. I authorized TWO charges totalling $4.29--NOT 14. I want my account credited back. I did NOT gain anything from this and for that amount, I SHOULD OWN THE GAME BY NOW.
