lost my progress on Candy Crush even though synced with facebook
deleted the app by mistake, when i downloaded and connected back to FB it didn't return me to my level - 1300 and something, it kicked me back to level 1, even tho it said i already authorized Facebook when i connected and it connected successfully. Just seeing a bunch of empty icons on all the levels also :(how can i get back to where i was? i was connected via Facebook already

If you don't see your friends on the map, or your level then it doesn't sound like you're actually connected.
Follow the steps here and hopefully then you will connect and your game will return:

I did all that and still nothing. I can play the game on my laptop via Facebook and its showing my proper progress on level 1341. this video did nothing tho, still back at level 1, see my friends but that can't help me as i can't play the game on my phone with my correct level. since its correct on desktop Facebook, there must be a way to get this done no?If you don't see your friends on the map, or your level then it doesn't sound like you're actually connected.

that didn't help. i can play it via Facebook on my laptop and its at the level it should be, but on my phone its still the same issues. if the game is showing the correct level via FB on my laptop, surely it can be synched to play the same level on my phone? help
