Why are there differences on time levels

I'm playing on a timed game 1387 and noticed that the blog tips videos are set at 2 minutes yet on my phone and iPad, I don't have a pc, it's set at 105 secs. Why can't we all have the same time no matter what we use to play on?

We all do. Facebook and king.com also have 105 secs currently. It is not unusual for levels to be adjusted after the initial release period when the top players have had their run at them (and made their videos!) This works both ways, of course. The first players on the level may just as many times be facing a harder task than those who come along behind. 

This still doesn't answer the question: WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF LEVELS ON DIFFERENT PLATFORMS?? Just answer the question. Is it a glitch? By design? Why?!
