captured all on the board.   All chocolates required.  But after clearing all of the blocks on the board.    Once requiring one and secondly needing three.  Pleas advanc me as this has to be a problem with the level

I don't understand your post sorry. Did you collect all of the orders or not? 

The level is passable, it's all over youtube with players passing without boosters etc. This is how your level should look:
