In Android and Windows desktop we already have the level 1730 but, in windows 10 mobile, the game is stuck at level 1675. When will it be updated?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
