Levels and Gold gone

I connected to facebook and lost all my levels and gold, so I disconnected to see if I could get them back, but no. Anyone please help

How did you save your game before, was it with Kingdom? Maybe you need to reconnect to this for your levels to appear. They have to be saved to one of the other so check this.
