Finally got a new phone and what happens; I lost all my 600+ lives and boosters...this is just wrong and the "oh well, we're sorry" doesn't get it! I'm on a fixed income, handicapped...I started playing to try to improve what's left of my hand-eye and to try to control my hand tremors...it seems to help...AND, bonus-I enjoy the game...but now this??

Hi Diana!
All your boosters and lives are stored locally on your mobile device. They don't sync to Facebook or over to new mobile devices.
I suggest you either use them from your old device or try a backup from your old device to a restore on your new device with iCloud.
