Candy Crush saga - level 1460

I'm on level 1460 for a long time and when I'm almost completing this level the game normally blocks. Why can't I pass this level. I know the internet has nothing to do with it. I know it's a hard level.....but I've been in this level for quiet sometime.

Manuela, are you saying that the level crashes or that you're just having difficulty passing it?
