Why does my game end after only a few moves? This is the 3rd time I`ve asked for help.

Hi Eva- Welcome to King Care. I am sorry that you are having some troubles with your game. Are you experiencing this problem with one particular level, or is it on all levels?
Here are some steps that resolve most problems:
-Please check if there are any updates for your device software and for the game app:

-Force close all apps and restart your device.
-Make sure that you have sufficient memory space on your device to allow the app to run.
