playing candy crush saga on laptop but screen goes black

cannot see the jelly I am meant to clear in each levels and when playing it,the screen goes black that I cannot see candies and bonus.just downloaded it from play store on my window 10 laptop.can u help please

If you're using W10 you would almost certainly be better advised to play the game at king.com using a good browser rather than using the app.
