Candy crush purchase hangs

i purchased a 27.99  package and I got to approved then the game hung.  When I got back in my bars did not show up.  I tried to purchase again and I got a message at the end saying I had already made the purchase and it would be restored.  Unfortunately it never completes so I never get the bars etc.  Help please.
